I was very please with my experience! I went to get my order and my paycheck never hit so I was unable to pay for my food so i told them I'll be back to pick it up just keep it warm. I came back to get it 5 minutes before they closed and they still had it for me! My pizza may had been made wrong it was supposed to be alfrado,spinach, and black Olives but instead of black Olives it was pepperoni but I'm not complaining it was still good! I appreciate yall so much for keeping my order!
We LOVE going to this Domino's on Friday's! BUT last Friday, September 1st, the lady at the register, who charged our debit card gave herself a tip without our knowledge. So if you went there on that day OR recently for that matter, you might want to check your bank statements now. Since apparently they have thieves working there. We tip, when we have them deliver, this wasn't delivery, this was the pick up window.
Reliable!!! The last two orders I placed through Doordash in this town from other restaurants were terrible. Food was wrong and stale. Threw it away and ordered from Domino's. They get it right every time. Every time!!! Rockstars! Don't waste your time with anybody else.
Update: Have to share tonight's order experience. Michael went above and beyond tonight!!! I do contactless delivery because I'm redoing my back room. I don't hear people knock. Left the top down on my convertible because when I checked the weather, it wasn't supposed to rain. It did anyway, and Michael called (twice because I didn't hear it the first time) to let me know. What a stand up guy! going above and beyond is always appreciated. thank you Michael
So they double charged me on an order and instead of refunding it they gave me 20$ wroth of credit. Any other place would let you use the full amount but apparently if you any amount of it it'll use all the credit. I got a 8 dollars sandwich the other week using it and I just now tryed to use the rest and I was told it was all used because of the 8$ order. I would not recommend this place
Just spent 10 minutes trying to order 3 pizzas, repeated my phone number 5 times and each pizza 3 times, and she asked me to start over again. They need to seriously train or retrain their employees.
**They just showed up trying to deliver my pizzas, I was just finishing up cooking dinner. Come on guys, get it together.
Domino’s Neosho is a gem. My order has always been correct, super hot and fresh, and cut perfectly. The employees greet each customer as we come in with smiles and enthusiasm. Service is prompt and friendly. The lobby is very clean and modern as well as the kitchen from what I can see. There also always seems to be some kind of sweet price deal going on. Overall a great experience that I would recommend to anyone.

Got 2 orders of the new pepperoni stuffed cheesy bread, sounded great,, lol what I got was 2 orders of stuffed cheesy bread, each with 1 single piece of pepperoni on top. Very disappointed.
